Are your properties pet friendly?

Many Stunning Stays properties warmly welcome pets and are clearly labeled as such on each property's booking page. If you plan to bring a pet, you must notify us during the reservation process. A non-refundable fee of $200 per pet will be added to your Rental Agreement. Arriving with a pet without prior notification will result in an additional $200 non-notice fee. Bringing a pet to a property not designated as pet-friendly is a serious policy violation — guests found in breach will need to vacate immediately, forfeiting all prior payments. We'll do our best to move you to an available pet-friendly property, but all resulting costs, including the pet fee and any restoration charges, are the guest's responsibility. If a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly property after departure, a $500 non-notice pet fee will be charged to the card on file.

Yes, all vacation rentals are subject to Arizona state and local resort tax.

Do I need to bring my own linens?

No. All Stunning Stays properties come with a full set of linens and towels, and most include pool towels too. We do a thorough inventory before your arrival and again after your departure. Any discrepancies will be charged to the guest's registered credit card.
